April 9th Site Update

Thing’s are moving along nicely on site, with all three buildings in the works! Units from our Ocean Breeze building have been flying off the shelves! Contact our office to receive an information package outlining available units left in each building, so you can snag your ideal luxury home.

See below for our site progress:

SHORELINE: Structure built, with decks and sheathing to come. Torch on roofing beginning today, and the concrete decks are complete. Scaffolding is 3/4 complete around the outside of the building for siding.

BREAKWATER: Third and fourth floor final finishes are being installed; plumbing, electrical, duct covers, shower glass, mirrors etc. Second floor countertops and backsplashes to be installed, then final finishing’s to come.

OCEAN BREEZE:Level 2 first suspended slab will be poured on Monday. More footings have been dug out, and level one suspended slab deck is being built for pour #14.
